14. Yoshiimi Battles the Pink Robots - The Flaming Lips

Sure their may have been some better albums that came out this decade, but I don't think there's one collectively liked by all my friends than this one. It's great to think that there was a time in 2002-2003 when no matter who's house I went to, chances were very good that this album was going to be playing. This happened to the point that I eventually got sick of it. Years later ... it's still pretty dang good.
